About this Jewelry
Founded in 1935 by Abraham Lisker, the Jonette Jewelry Company was known as Providence Jewelry Company, and later as Lisker and Lisker, Inc. when Abraham's brother joined the company. The company stopped production during World War II because of the metal shortage of the time and reopened as the Johnette Jewelry Co. Wonderful whimsical novelty pins, Christmas pins, enamel pins, and mother of pearl jewelry were very popular. Stopped production in 2006.
